Establish MET Developments under the leadership of Moegamat Behardien in mid-2017 focusing on property in the Durban and Gauteng Market providing full turnkey end to end project solutions for strategic clients as well as provide a internal development order book for MET Builders Pty Ltd.
Group consolidation finalised name change to MET Builder (PTY)LTD and secured the Durban Order Book for the period to R158 Million for the 2018/2019 financial year

Covid was first reported on the 5th March 2020 and this has brought about the company to stabilise due to various lockdown procedure implemented by the country and allowed MET Builders Pty Ltd to ensure its geared for future growth during this period.
MET Builders Pty Ltd began its expansion into Gauteng market and is currently completed 2 projects and executing 4 current projects. MET Builders Pty Ltd has also secured 3 additional future projects due to commence shortly in the Region and continue to grow its footprint.
